Smart access. Clear answers.
Everything you need to know.

Luchismart is a cloud-based access control and smart property technology platform designed to help organizations manage entry, users, visitors and operational activity through connected software and compatible hardware. Depending on the deployment, it can support remote access administration, access-event logs, time and attendance workflows, visitor access and property-management processes.

The solution can be tailored for commercial buildings, residential estates, offices, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels and short-let properties. The exact capabilities available depend on the products, hardware and integrations selected for the project.

Luchismart is designed for property owners, real estate developers, estate and facility managers, corporate organizations, hospitality operators, schools and other institutions that need to coordinate secure access and day-to-day operations. It can support a single site or a portfolio of locations, depending on the deployment.

Depending on the solution deployed, administrators can manage users and permissions, review access activity, oversee visitor access, monitor connected doors or entry points, and view reports. Property-focused deployments may also use Prop+ for tenant and property workflows, while EstatePlus can support estate entrance and vehicle access management.

Luchismart offers cloud-based access management, allowing authorized administrators to manage supported systems through web and mobile interfaces. An on-premises solution is also listed in the product range for deployments with different infrastructure or operational requirements. Discuss your site, connectivity and IT policies with the team to determine the best fit.

Access-event logs and reporting are part of the platform’s stated capabilities. Depending on the configuration, teams can use activity records to review access events, investigate operational questions and support internal reporting. Available report fields and retention settings should be confirmed for your deployment.

Available methods depend on the readers and locks installed. Luchismart’s product range references mobile access, cards, PIN codes, fingerprints and optional face recognition on supported devices. Not every device supports every credential type, so the access methods should be matched to the door, gate or entrance requirements.

Remote access administration is a core use case for the cloud platform. Authorized administrators can manage permissions for supported deployments without relying only on physical keys. The exact actions available remotely depend on the installed controller, lock, network connectivity and account permissions.

The platform supports role-based and time-based access management features in applicable configurations. This can help an organization give people access appropriate to their role and permitted hours. Confirm the scheduling options and credential rules required for your particular hardware and deployment.

Visitor access is supported as a use case, including controlled visitor entry and access records where configured. The process can differ between an office, school, residential estate, hotel or short-let property. During a demo, explain how visitors arrive at your site so the appropriate workflow can be discussed.

Configured systems can support alerts for certain events, such as a door being held open or forced open, when compatible devices and features are installed. Alert types depend on the hardware, sensors and system configuration. Luchismart should be treated as part of a wider security plan rather than a replacement for all physical security procedures.

Luchismart is designed to centralize access administration and provide activity visibility. Security in any deployment also depends on account permissions, administrator practices, network configuration, hardware installation and how credentials are issued and revoked. Ask the Luchismart team about the security controls and documentation applicable to your proposed deployment before making compliance or certification assumptions.

Luchismart is designed to give authorized teams a centralized view of supported sites and operations. The number of locations, organizational structure and permissions available depend on the selected solution and subscription. Share your property portfolio and team structure when requesting a demo so the right setup can be assessed.

Luchismart Prop+ is the property-management software offering in the Luchismart ecosystem. Its stated feature set includes tenant onboarding, CRM, leasing assistance, billing, workflow management, a tenant portal and smart utility vending capabilities. The available modules and integrations should be confirmed for the plan and deployment being considered.

EstatePlus is an estate and community entrance management solution that can integrate access hardware with property-management workflows. Depending on the configuration, it can support technologies such as vehicle number-plate recognition, RFID and QR credentials, with optional biometric features on compatible hardware. The final design should reflect the estate’s traffic flow, visitor process and security requirements.

Yes. Luchismart’s short-let use case focuses on managed guest access and streamlined property operations. Depending on the devices and integrations selected, property teams can coordinate guest access and reduce reliance on handing over physical keys. Booking-platform or property-management-system integration should be evaluated against your specific software.

Luchismart provides solution pages for enterprise, education, healthcare, government, hospitality and real estate use cases. Each environment has different access policies, visitor needs, hours and reporting requirements. A site assessment helps identify suitable hardware, permissions, integrations and implementation steps.

The Luchismart GO App is the mobile-app experience associated with Luchismart’s smart access ecosystem. Depending on the connected solution and permissions, mobile access can make supported access tasks and related interactions more convenient. The exact functions available to residents, staff, guests and administrators may differ, so confirm your use case during a product demonstration.

Mobile access is available on supported configurations, allowing authorized users to use a compatible mobile workflow rather than relying solely on physical keys. Phone compatibility, connectivity, reader or lock model and credential setup determine the experience. Alternative credential methods may be appropriate as a backup for some sites.

Luchismart describes CCTV integration and, in applicable VisualPro deployments, control of compatible devices such as lighting, HVAC and other connected equipment. Integration depends on the device model, communication protocol, available API and project configuration. Share the brands and models already installed so compatibility can be checked before implementation.

Integration may be possible through supported APIs or compatible third-party systems, but availability is not universal. Before planning an integration, confirm the external platform, the data that must be exchanged, authentication requirements, and whether a connector already exists. The project team can then assess feasibility and scope.

Start by describing your site, number of doors or entry points, user groups, access methods and any existing systems. You can request a demo or discuss a project and quotation. The team can use those details to recommend a suitable approach and outline onboarding and implementation requirements.

Implementation requirements vary by site and selected hardware. A project may include system configuration, access-point setup, user onboarding, integration work and administrator training. Confirm the installation scope, responsibilities, schedule and training deliverables in the project proposal before work begins.

Pricing depends on the solution, hardware quantities, number of doors or entrances, required integrations, implementation scope and applicable software licensing. For a more accurate estimate, provide your site requirements and preferred access methods. You can start with the quotation tool or contact the team for a project-specific proposal.

The original Luchismart FAQ states that Standard and Enterprise versions include 24/7 support, while the Basic version has email support. Confirm the current service level, response targets, support channels and coverage for your plan in your quotation or service agreement.

For assistance, visit the Luchismart Helpdesk or the Remote Support page.

The existing FAQ states that customers can cancel a plan and move from Basic to Enterprise. Because plan terms can change and cancellation may be governed by a service agreement, check your current contract for notice periods, billing treatment, data export and migration arrangements before making a change.

The existing Luchismart FAQ says assistance is available for customers who want to migrate data to another platform. The specific data that can be exported, file formats, processing time and any fees should be agreed with the support team before the migration begins.

It helps to prepare the type of property or organization, number of doors and gates, approximate number of users, visitor process, preferred credentials, existing locks or CCTV, network availability, reporting requirements and any third-party software you want to connect. You do not need every technical detail to start; the initial discussion can help identify what needs to be assessed.
